Minor



A total of 17 hours of geology are required.  A minimum of 9 hours must be completed at UF and nine hours must be at the 3000 level or higher.  No more than one hour of independent study will be accepted. All courses must be at a grade of C or better and all students should consult the undergraduate advisor.
            The following core courses are required for the minor: Any introductory course GLY1000, 1001, 1073, 1102, 1801, 2010C, 2026C, 2030C, 2038C or 2080C or OCE1005; GLY2100C or GLY3105C and GLY3200C.  Additional hours may be selected from any 3000 level or above GLY course.
